LIZZIE JORGENSEN

As a four year varsity soccer player in high school at Burt & Burton and a starting collegiate player at Colby Sawyer College, Lizzie has always had an appreciation for the human body and an understanding of what is required of the body. Her success and love of sport and the body led to her pursuit in her bachelor degree in Athletic Training. After graduation and completion of her degree and athletic career, she switched tracks to the hospitality industry where she completed six years in management and over ten years in customer service. Two years ago she had her first child and it reignited her appreciation for all the human body can do. This led her to elevate her career and explore more options related to her Athletic Training roots. She is currently acquiring her massage therapy certification but completed her Stretch and Flexibility Coaching certification in the meantime. She is so excited to continue her journey forward in the medical field! She offers one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, as well as personalized self stretching and self myofascial programs to do at home! Stretching often falls to the bottom of the priority list—or is forgotten entirely. Yet, Lizzie truly believes that stretching is one of the most important aspects in our overall health.

“Through stretching, we discover the rhythm of our own bodies.”
